Job Title: Paid Door Knocker – Idaho Democratic Party 2024 Coordinated Campaign
 

Positions: Canyon County.
 

Position Overview:
As a Paid Door Knocker for the Idaho Democratic Party 2024 Coordinated Campaign, you will play a crucial role in engaging voters, promoting Democratic candidates, and ensuring maximum voter turnout in targeted communities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact the democratic process by reaching out to voters, collecting crucial information, and mobilizing support for Democratic candidates.
 

Job Responsibilities:
● Conduct door-to-door canvassing in targeted neighborhoods to identify and engage with Democratic voters.
● Collect absentee ballot applications from eligible voters and provide assistance as
needed.
● Facilitate voter registration efforts by distributing voter registration materials and
assisting individuals in completing registration forms.
● Effectively communicate the Democratic Party's platform, values, and candidate
information to voters.
● Encourage voter turnout by providing information on voting locations, deadlines, and
procedures.
● Maintain accurate records of voter interactions, collected data, and completed tasks.
 

Position Details:
Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Weekly Hours: 15-20 hours
Start Date: Right away
End Date: November 5th
 

Qualifications:

● Passion for electing Democrats and advancing progressive values.
● Reliable transportation (own car preferred) for canvassing neighborhoods.
● Ability to pass a background check.
● Excellent communication skills and comfortability engaging with strangers.
● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
